Data Deletion
This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data stored in our servers.
What Data Is Stored
Currently, Yama Maps only stores your email address for login by default. Users may choose to opt-in to syncing user data to our servers and also making them publicly visible to other users. See our data privacy policy page for more information.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to support@yamamaps.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
Specify whether you want your account deleted or you are requesting the deletion of specific data. If you are requesting specific data be deleted, please specify which data you want deleted.
- We will email you a confirmation code before proceeding with deletion.
- If you are unable to access the email address associated with your account or are sending from another email address, include the email address associated with your account.
- We will process your request and confirm once your data has been deleted.
